As part of the Fasig-Tipton Festival of Racing, NYRA President and CEO, Charles Hayward presented a check for $5000 in the name of the top three scoring jockeys of the Jockey and Trainer Charity Contest: Alan Garcia, Cornelio Velasquez and John Velasquez.
